How do I participate?
Simply fill out an at
application at any Express Stop
location or
print one from this website and bring it in. We will assign you a Key
Tag once we verify your information.
To earn points for gas purchases present your ESP Tag at each visit to the pump
and hear what Express Stop has in store for you.
To earn point for in-store purchases present your ESP Tag at the register after
your sales receipt has been printed.
To redeem your points for rewards place your ESP Tag on the circle at the
rewards printer to print out your reward coupon.
Terms and
Conditions
1. By applying
for and using the Express Stop Points (ESP) Tag, the participant agrees to be
bound by the ESP Terms and Conditions, which are listed below.
2. ESP
participants must complete and submit the ESP participant Application in order
to receive and use the ESP Tag.
3. Points may
be earned at participating Express Stop locations and premises of Express Stop
Partners for qualifying purchases (as specified by Wilson Petroleum Co.) using
approved payment means.
4. Points will
not be accumulated for the following purchases: Lotto, Lottery Tickets,
Bottle Deposits, Prepaid Cards, or third party services.
5. Participants
must present a valid "ESP" Tag to earn points. The tag must be presented at the
time of purchase. Points will not awarded without a valid ESP Tag or for
previous purchases.
6. Only one ESP
Tag per customer. Points may not be combined or transferred between
participants. Points may only be claimed for transactions paid for by the
tag holder.
7. ESP coupons
may be redeemed at any participating Express Stop location, unless otherwise
specified.
8. To be
accepted by any participating Express Stop location or Partner, reward coupons
must not be expired, illegible, altered or damaged. Duplicates of original
reward coupons will not be accepted. Validation of participant details may be
required in order to redeem reward.
9. Lost,
stolen, or damaged reward coupons will not be replaced.
10. Wilson
Petroleum Co. may substitute any rewards or prizes for those of a comparable
value without notice.
11. Wilson
Petroleum Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tags or unredeemed
points, however these may be replaced at Wilson Petroleum’s discretion.
12. Wilson
Petroleum Co. is not responsible for any errors resulting from computer hardware
or software errors or fraud.
13. All Express
Stop Points Tags are licensed to Wilson Petroleum Co. and tag ownership does not
transfer to the participant. Wilson Petroleum Co. may cancel any ESP Tag at
any time at its sole discretion.
14. Wilson
Petroleum Co. may amend the ESP participant Terms and Conditions or any specific
ESP promotion at any time. It is the participant's obligation to keep informed
of the latest ESP Terms and Conditions.
15. Wilson
Petroleum Co. reserves the right to terminate the ESP program at any, or all,
participating locations at any time without prior notice.
16. Employees of Wilson Petroleum Co. or any
affiliates may not participate in the ESP program.
17. Copyright
Protection and Use of Wilson Petroleum Co. Information. The Express Stop Points
program is protected by copyright as a collective work and/or compilation,
pursuant to U.S. copyright laws, international conventions and other copyright
laws. Company names, logos and trademarks may not be used by you in any manner
without the prior written consent of Wilson Petroleum Company.
18.
Indemnification for Participant Breach of Agreement. Participant hereby agrees to
indemnify, defend and hold Wilson Petroleum Co., and all its officers,
directors, owners, agents, employees, information providers, licensors and
licensees (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from and against
any and all liabilities and costs incurred by the Indemnified Parties in
connection with any claim arising out of any breach by participant of the
Agreement or the foregoing representations, warranties and covenants, including,
without limitation, attorneys fees and costs. You shall cooperate as fully as
reasonably required in the defense of any claim. Wilson Petroleum Co. reserves
the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of
any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by participant and participant
shall not in any event settle any matter without the written consent of Wilson
Petroleum Co.
19. NO WARRANTY.
THE EXPRESS STOP POINTS PROGRAM, INCLUDING ALL CONTENT, SOFTWARE, FUNCTIONS,
MATERIALS AND INFORMATION MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU OR ACCESSED BY YOU, IS PROVIDED
"AS IS." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WILSON PETROLEUM CO. MAKES NO
REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER FOR THE CONTENT OF THE
EXPRESS STOP POINTS PROGRAM OR THE MATERIALS, INFORMATION AND FUNCTIONS MADE ACCESSIBLE.
FURTHER, WILSON PETROLEUM CO. DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. COMPANY ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR ANY DAMAGES BY USE OF THE EXPRESS STOP POINTS PROGRAM. COMPANY AND ITS
SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE USE OF THE EXPRESS STOP
POINTS PROGRAM, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE CONTENT AND ANY ERRORS
CONTAINED THEREIN. WILSON PETROLEUM CO. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY
FAILURE OF THE EXPRESS STOP POINTS PROGRAM WHICH RESULTS FROM ACTS OR EVENTS
BEYOND THE COMPANY’S REASONABLE CONTROL.
20. NO AWARD OF
DAMAGES AGAINST WILSON PETROLEUM CO. IN NO EVENT SHALL WILSON PETROLEUM
CO. BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES
ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE EXPRESS STOP POINTS PROGRAM. THIS INCLUDES WITHOUT
LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT, COMPUTER
PROGRAMS, OR INFORMATION SYSTEM, OR THE LOSS OF ANY INFORMATION OR DATA. THE
MAXIMUM LIABILITY COLLECTIVELY OF THE WILSON PETROLEUM CO. SHALL NOT
EXCEED TEN ($10) FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE, INCLUDING GROSS NEGLIGENCE,
ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE.
21. Entire
Agreement. These terms and conditions and the Privacy Statement constitute the
entire agreement between Wilson Petroleum Co. and participant with respect to
participants use of the Express Stop Points program. Any cause of action
participant may have with respect to participants use of the Express Stop Points
program must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action
arises. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision
of the Agreement, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall
be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the
Agreement, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and
effect.
22. Privacy
Statement. Wilson Petroleum Co. is committed to providing our Customers
with the highest level of customer care by continuously improving our services,
quality products and image. The information gathered by our Express Stop Points
program will be used in furtherance of that mission. We will never release your
name to any list service or manufacturer, and this information will be held in
the strictest of confidence.
